Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coach a high-performing state-based team of business development managers and broker support officers to achieve exceptional results.
- Drive strategic growth by increasing home loan settlements and enhancing the broker experience across the NSW channel.
- Develop and execute targeted market activation strategies to maximise engagement and business opportunities with brokers.
- Act as a senior point of contact for escalations and complex issue resolution between brokers, aggregators, and internal teams.
- Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with key aggregators and top-tier broker groups to drive sustainable business growth.
- Embed structured operating rhythms, sales disciplines, and performance routines across the team for consistent execution.
- Support capability uplift and career development through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Champion a strong risk culture and ensure compliance with customer service and risk management frameworks.
What are the essential requirements?
- Proven success in sales coaching and performance uplift.
- An existing and credible broker network.
- Business or retail banking experience.
