Join Marriott International's 2025 Voyage Program to develop leadership skills in Rooms Operations within a global hospitality leader.
Your RoleHere's what you will be doing:
- Cultivate customer relationships and champion innovation within the organization
- Gain exposure to managing projects and people
- Improve processes and pitch new initiatives through your Voyage project
- Take on special projects that draw upon all your training
- Participate in management meetings and collaborate with Voyage participants worldwide
- Solve challenges and offer ideas and innovative solutions
The company is looking for:
- Recent university or hotel school graduates (within the past year) or those graduating within 12 months of application
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education required (Associates degree acceptable for Culinary)
- Superior critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively
- Self-management and self-starter attitude
- Real desire for personal and professional growth
- Work authorization in the country of application
- 18-month full-time, paid leadership development program
- Hands-on, discipline-specific training combined with leadership-focused curriculum
- Mini-rotations across hotel disciplines to learn various hotel functions
- Access to Marriott's senior leaders and coaches
- Opportunities to connect with current and former Voyage participants
- Immersion in Marriott's culture and global brand portfolio
- Preparation for supervisory or entry-level management roles within Marriott
- Foundation for future leadership roles through practical experience and mentorship
- Complete the online application for the 2025 Voyage Program intake
- Submit a video interview upon successful application submission
- Wait for contact from the hiring team if shortlisted
