Join Marriott International's Voyage Program to develop leadership skills through hands-on hotel operations experience at Pier One Sydney Harbour.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

  • Cultivate customer relationships
  • Champion innovation within the organization
  • Gain exposure to managing projects and people
  • Improve processes and pitch new initiatives through your Voyage project
  • Take on special projects drawing upon all your training
  • Participate in management meetings and collaborate with Voyage participants worldwide
  • Solve challenges and offer ideas and innovative solutions
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Recent university or hotel school graduate (within the past year)
  • Permanent working rights for Australia (no sponsorship available)
  • Experience working in hospitality operations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education
  • Superior critical-thinking and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively
  • Self-management skills and being a self-starter
  • Strong desire for personal and professional growth
Training & Development
  • Participation in an elite, award-winning global leadership development program
  • Hands-on, discipline-specific training combined with leadership-focused curriculum
  • Mini-rotations across hotel disciplines to learn various hotel functions
