Join Marriott International's Voyage Program to develop leadership skills through hands-on hotel operations experience at Pier One Sydney Harbour.
Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
Cultivate customer relationships
Champion innovation within the organization
Gain exposure to managing projects and people
Improve processes and pitch new initiatives through your Voyage project
Take on special projects drawing upon all your training
Participate in management meetings and collaborate with Voyage participants worldwide
Solve challenges and offer ideas and innovative solutions
About You
The company is looking for:
Recent university or hotel school graduate (within the past year)
Permanent working rights for Australia (no sponsorship available)
Experience working in hospitality operations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education
Superior critical-thinking and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively
Self-management skills and being a self-starter
Strong desire for personal and professional growth
Training & Development
Participation in an elite, award-winning global leadership development program
Hands-on, discipline-specific training combined with leadership-focused curriculum
Mini-rotations across hotel disciplines to learn various hotel functions
