About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development & Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales growth across Wetherill Park and Smithfield. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our full suite of signage products and services.

You will report directly to the Managing Director and enjoy autonomy in your daily work, with the support of a strong brand and experienced production team behind you.

Hours: Monday to Friday (no weekends). You\'ll be on the road in the mornings and at the office in the afternoons.

Networking: Attendance at regular business networking events is expected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage new B2B sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business
  • Prepare quotes, follow up leads, and manage customer accounts
  • Attend local networking events to grow brand presence
  • Meet sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with production and design teams for seamless project delivery
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in sales or business development (2–3 years preferred)
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience or knowledge of signage or a related industry is highly desirable
  • Self-starter with strong planning and organisational skills
  • Driven, honest, independent, and results-focused
  • Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team
Requirements
  • Valid Australian driver's licence (Required)
  • Full Australian work rights (Required)
  • Experience in signage or similar industry (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with quoting, sales software, or CRM systems (Preferred)
Remuneration

A competitive base salary plus attractive commission structure, based on experience and performance. This role rewards proactive professionals who are ready to grow with the business.
