Overview

Onsite Resourcing Specialist in Sydney, Australia, working with KellyOCG. You will manage stakeholder relationships across a portfolio of hiring managers and agency recruiters, acting as the central advisor to ensure recruitment best practices for contingent hires and delivering quality, efficient processes and insights across the contingent workforce.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, build and strengthen relationships with hiring managers, suppliers & internal stakeholders
  • Act as a central point of contact / account manager for a designated portfolio within the education cluster
  • Consult with hiring managers to provide market information and insights, and drive best-practice recruitment solutions
  • Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment process; ensure partner agencies are well briefed and equipped to source for roles
  • Work with partner agencies to encourage continuous improvement and engagement
  • Broadcast open positions to selected panel suppliers using Fieldglass VMS tool
  • Act as the central point of contact for all queries related to open vacancies
  • Review offers and conduct negotiations where appropriate
Qualifications

We are looking for a Resourcing Specialist with experience in the end-to-end recruitment process. You may have gained this experience in a recruitment agency or in a similar onsite role. Relationship-building, along with a strategic and logical approach to workload, are key attributes.

Required Skills
