About You:

  • A strong background in customer service (call center environment)
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is highly regarded
  • The ability to manage sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical/legislative information to customers, especially when delivering unfavorable outcomes
  • High resilience when dealing with complex cases
