
Technical Claims Specialist

Building Review Technicians play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of claims processing.
The primary objective of this position is to provide technical and cost validation of Builder's reports, scope of works and quotes. This involves reviewing and analyzing complex data to identify areas of potential savings and negotiate acceptable outcomes with suppliers.
About the Role:
Minimizing claims costs by effectively reviewing building costs and negotiating with suppliers
Communication with suppliers, internal claims teams and supplier relationship teams
Timely and accurate review of scopes of work and supplier quotations
Requirements:
Previous hands-on building experience
Trade or Building qualification
Ability to simplify technical building matters and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Skills in preparing scopes of work
