About The RoleWe are seeking an Administration Officer to join our Student Experience team. This position reports directly to the Director, Student Experience, and provides high-quality administrative support to both the Director and the broader leadership team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Student Experience team. Key responsibilities include managing and completing a variety of administrative tasks, with a particular emphasis on operational processes and financial administration.
About YouTo be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Excellent initiative and self-management skills to deal with the range of functions and tasks in a proactive manner under broad direction
- Excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to effectively deal with conflicting priorities on a daily basis
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate, liaise and work with people at all levels, both internal and external to the University with tact, maturity and appreciation of sensitive issues
- Advanced knowledge of IT systems and packages such as MS Office, email systems and Personal Digital Assistance (such as iPhone, Laptop and iPad)

Qualifications- A degree; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training in areas including; Administration, Business, Management, Human Resource, Finance
