Want your chance to make a mark on a world-class, record-breaking event? We are hiring for a eCommerce Coordinator to join our Retail & Licensing team to deliver the Australian Open 2026. This is a full-time fixed-term contract from September 2025 to February 2026.

About the role
The eCommerce Coordinator will work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate images, procure & upload product data, field queries from internal departments regarding our B2B product offering and assist in the maintenance of website content, day-to-day updates, and general website maintenance on our Shopify platform.
Reporting to eCommerce Manager, in this role you will:
- Manage daily online store operations for a seamless shopping experience
- Coordinate with partners & suppliers to gather, update and optimise product content, including imagery, copy and specifications
- Coordinate internal B2B orders and stakeholder communication in an accurate and timely manner
- Collaborate with customer service and warehouse teams to enhance customer satisfaction
- Support marketing initiatives, track online performance, and communicate results with teams internally
About you
What you will bring to the role:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar fast paced role with previous experience in retail and apparels.
- Experience with Shopify Plus or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to think analytically and problem-solve
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple teams
- Excellent time, planning and prioritisation skills with high attention to detail.
- Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
