We're Hiring:Senior Business Support Officer (Full-Time)

Location: Albion, QLD| Immediate Start | Key Role in a Growing Business

AtSpecialised Plumbing Centre, we're proud to be a family-owned business with a strong reputation and a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment. As we prepare to farewell one of our valued team members, we're seeking an experienced and motivatedSenior Business Support Officerto join our team.

This is a pivotal role that goes beyond administration—supporting core business operations inaccounts, IT, and general management support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Payroll and Superannuation
  • IT troubleshooting and systems support
  • Confident use of Xero, Deputy, and Frameworks
  • Document creation and advanced word processing
  • Task prioritisation and daily workflow management
  • Managerial support and operational coordination
  • Following policies and procedures with attention to detail
  • Proactive problem-solving and internal communication

About You:

  • Proven experience in business support, finance, or admin
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised and adaptable
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable with changing priorities and multi-tasking
  • A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
