Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Administrator located at Robina on the Gold Coast, QLD. The Office Administrator will be responsible for our electronic filing system including document collation of tax returns and financial reports, assist with ATO administration including document preparation and lodgement tracking, maintain our client online portal and inhouse data base, providing customer service, and overall office administration.

Qualifications
  • Experience with Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional demeanor, positive and confident
  • Previous experience in a professional accounting practice would be ideal
  • Intermediate skills with MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
