We're on the lookout for a proactive and customer-focused Facilities Coordinator to join our team supporting a key client—ESR Group, Australia's largest manager of industrial, logistics, and commercial real estate.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Facilities Management team to keep things running smoothly across a portfolio of commercial assets. From managing maintenance schedules to ensuring tenant satisfaction, you'll play a key part in delivering top-tier service.

Here's a snapshot of your day;

  • Coordinating preventative maintenance for buildings and equipment
  • Responding to tenant service requests and urgent repairs
  • Acting as a key contact for our valued client
  • Supporting contractor management and service delivery
  • Providing admin support to the Facilities Management team and client
