Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and compliance reports for individuals, businesses, and trusts
  • Providing strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients
  • Liaising with the ATO and other regulatory bodies
  • Conducting tax research and staying up to date with legislative changes
  • Supervising and mentoring junior staff (for senior/manager roles)
  • Assisting with business advisory services and financial strategies (manager level)
Who We're Looking For
  • CPA qualified or currently completing CPA
  • Experience in public practice accounting (3+ years for Intermediate, 5+ years for Senior, 7+ years for Manager)
  • Strong understanding of Australian tax legislation and compliance
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or similar
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines
