Client Relationship Manager| Boutique Law Firm of the Year

BlackBay Lawyers is a leading litigation firm headquartered in Sydney, recognised as Boutique Law Firm of the Year 2024. We specialise in commercial litigation, employment law and defamation. We are trusted by ASX-listed executives, fast-scaling tech founders and public figures to resolve sensitive and complex disputes where revenue and reputation is at stake.

As we continue our rapid expansion, we are looking for a high-performing Client Relationship Manager to join our team to help accelerate our growth and strengthen our client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the first impression: Be the first point of contact for prospective clients and set the tone for their experience with BlackBay.
  • Convert enquiries into instructions: Ask the right questions, identify alignment, and ensure qualified matters are briefed accurately and efficiently to our lawyers.
  • Drive client acquisition: Identify opportunities to expand the scope of work, deepen relationships, and proactively pursue new client opportunities through outbound initiatives.
  • Improve process and performance: Track lead sources, refine conversion processes, and work closely with our partners and marketing team to strengthen our acquisition pipeline.
