About the Role:

The Fund Operations Client Services Role is responsible for managing client relationships, working with various functional areas locally and globally, and facilitating communication across internal teams to support consistent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and conduct service reviews with delivery partners to discuss service metrics and client reporting.
  • Follow up on service delivery issues identified during reviews to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Create and maintain 'Paths to Green' for service functions below client expectations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate communication across internal teams to support consistent service delivery and foster collaboration.
  • Build rapport with clients to plan joint initiatives and lead service delivery projects.
  • Gain familiarity with J.P. Morgan products, focusing on superannuation funds to provide expert advice.
  • Understand client interactions and impact on product groups to facilitate problem resolution.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in product areas, staying informed about industry and internal changes.
  • Manage internal virtual service teams involved in client service activities to deliver high-quality results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in financial services, preferably with knowledge of investment administration products and services.
  • Relevant qualifications or industry-recognized training (CPA, ACCA, SIA, AFSA) to demonstrate expertise in the field.
  • Experience and interest in global financial markets and complex superannuation funds to provide valuable insights.
  • Proven ability to build and leverage client relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability to change and support for business transformation to drive growth and innovation.
  • Leadership and influencing skills to motivate and engage teams towards common goals.
