This is a part-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Hands On Merchandising, located in Melbourne, VIC. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts within the Hardware sales channels ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with various in store teams, providing store coverage, handling client inquiries, and identifying potential growth opportunities

Qualifications

  • Excellent client management skills, including relationship building and client retention
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time management skills for effective project coordination
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within client accounts
  • Proficiency with CRM software
  • Experience in Hardware merchandising, sales, or related fields is a preferred
  • Bunnings merchandising experience compulsory
