As our new National HR Lead, you will collaborate closely with senior management and key stakeholders to craft and execute HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with our organisation's goals. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a positive and dynamic work culture, ensuring our team thrives and excels in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Becoming a trusted partner with senior managers and leaders to proactively diagnose and communicate trends around people and team dynamics, developing innovative solutions to enhance team effectiveness combined with driving positive change.
- Enhancing employee experience by working with the wider HR team to refine and elevate the execution of the employee lifecycle, including performance management, payroll, promotions, and exits, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Shaping HR strategies by developing and implementing policies aligned with our goals.
- Leading and mentoring your team, providing direction and mentoring to foster their growth and success.
- Overseeing Australia's remuneration and benefits, ensuring competitiveness through market analysis and EVP enhancements, and providing guidance on compensation-related matters.
- 8+ years of proven operational experience across general HR areas; IT/Software & Services industry experience is advantageous.
- Proven experience of legal and regulatory requirements for Australia and established track record in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Relevant formal qualification in HR or similar field.
- Ability to develop and maintain established routines and processes to optimise the HR role and tasks while overseeing preparation and validation of payroll from an HR perspective.
