**About the Role**
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, we are currently seeking a highly organised and efficient HR Coordinator to provide support across key HR functions. Working collaboratively across the organisation and with support from the HR Business Partners, People & Culture Manager, Talent Acquisition Lead and HR Administrator, you will provide support in areas such as learning and development, onboarding and other ad hoc tasks such as maintaining internal HR systems. There is also opportunity to work on exciting projects focused on innovative approaches.
This full time role will adopt a hybrid working model. You will be based three days per week in our Alexandria office, and two days from home. A typical day may look like:
- Managing our learning management system including liaising with clinical staff around new modules, and assigning these to existing staff.
- Liaising with the wider HR/Talent team around new starters and assisting with end-to-end onboarding.
- Working closely with State Managers and Team Leaders to assist with the onboarding of student placements.
- Maintaining internal HR systems.
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned by the People and Culture Manager and Senior HR Business Partner.
**About You**
- Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources, Commerce, Psychology, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 12 months' experience in an HR Administrator role or similar
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Experience within the health and disability sector/NDIS would be favourable but not essential
- Motivation to drive continuous improvement
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
