We are seeking passionate and driven professionals to join us in the dual role of Assistant Director/Educational Leader. This role is unique, as it is entirely non-contact, giving you the opportunity to focus on mentoring and supporting educators, curriculum development, and the successful daily operations of the Centre.

• Build genuine and positive relationships with your team, children, and families, making every day full of rewarding moments
• Mentor, coach, and inspire educators through creative curriculum approaches and problem solving
• Lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring we're always at our best
• Bring curriculum to life with imaginative learning opportunities that spark creativity, curiosity, and wonder in children
• Collaborate with our National Learning, Research and Development Partners, engaging with cutting-edge resources and professional learning
• Showcase your strong time management, organisational, and communication skills while shining with a warm, compassionate leadership style

About You

• An ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or higher
• A current SA Working with Children\'s Check (or willing to obtain)
• Current SA Child Protection Training (or willing to obtain)
• Current HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate and CPR (or willing to obtain)
• Previous experience as an Assistant Director or Educational Leader
• Knowledge and experience with Qikkids and Storypark (or similar equivalent platforms)
• National Police Clearance
• Proda ID
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willing to obtain)
