About the Role:The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in delivering accurate and timely financial insights to inform business decisions. Key responsibilities include collaborating with site-based operational teams and corporate functions to provide budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, leveraging financial expertise to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives.
- Cultivate strong analytical skills, applying proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis to drive business success.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- CPA or CA qualified (or actively working towards).
- 3–5 years' experience in accounting, finance business partnering, or business analysis; mining/resources sector experience highly regarded.
- Advanced MS Excel and ERP system proficiency; exposure to Power BI advantageous.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to partner effectively at both operational and corporate levels.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
