We're seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Business Partner. In this dynamic role, you will partner closely with leaders to enhance employee experience, retention, and workforce capability.

About the Role

This is a key opportunity for a seasoned Human Resources professional to make a meaningful impact within our organization. As a Business Partner, you will work closely with our leadership team to create workplaces where people feel valued and supported.

Main Responsibilities
  • Culture Development: Coach leaders to build capability, embed values, and make informed decisions.
  • Employee Relations: Provide strategic and practical advice on complex employee relations matters.
  • Workforce Development: Partner on strategies to uplift capability and foster growth.
  • Change Management: Lead and support initiatives that enhance culture and operational effectiveness.
  • Engagement and Retention: Champion evidence-based practices to boost engagement and retention.
Requirements
  • Experience in a generalist or business partnering HR role, ideally in health or care settings.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, award interpretation, and employment law.
  • The ability to coach, influence, and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, resilient mindset and a commitment to values-based leadership.
