What you'll do
  • Promotional Campaign Management & Administration: Support the end-to-end setup and administration of standard monthly promotions and other offers. This includes managing internal approval processes, coordinating with the Billing team for code creation, and maintaining accurate records in relevant tracking systems.
  • Cross-functional Campaign Coordination: Facilitate the execution of promotional experiments and campaigns by coordinating with internal teams such as Customer Engagement, Creative, CRO, Billing, CX, and Legal. This involves submitting briefing forms, coordinating asset development (e.g., email offers, landing page copy, and creative), and ensuring terms and conditions and FAQs are in place.
  • Quality Assurance (QA) & Issue Resolution: Conduct quality assurance checks for pre-live and live promotions to ensure accuracy and functionality. Support Customer Experience by providing promotional details and assisting with the resolution of customer issues related to offers, collaborating with CX as needed.
  • System & Process Optimization: Manage our third-party voucher provider for incentive distribution. Identify opportunities to implement automations and improve existing processes for greater efficiency.


What you'll bring with you
  • 2+ years' marketing experience (or related field)
  • Experience with campaign briefing
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and Google Suite
  • Experience with AI and automation tools is highly regarded
  • Experience with experimentation is a nice-to-have
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for spotting errors
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving within defined remits
  • Ability to follow established processes and procedures diligently
  • Strong collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
