Overview

Booking Agent/Medical Receptionist role at I-MED Radiology Network. Based at our Wavell Heights clinic with potential to progress to a front reception role on rostered rotation.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Answer complex booking inquiries professionally and courteously. Assist clients with scheduling and managing their bookings. Provide detailed information about our services and offerings.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage booking records confidentially and efficiently. Handle internal emails and inquiries. Maintain a tidy and organised workspace.
  • Collaboration: Work autonomously and as part of a team. Communicate with patients and staff courteously.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain patients personal and financial information confidentiality. Follow privacy protocols diligently.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Prior experience in a customer service or booking role is highly advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
Desired Traits
  • Bubbly personality and ability to think on your feet.
  • Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
