We're Hiring: Account Manager (CRM + Customer Data)
Richmond, Melbourne
Salary: $80k–$110k package incl. super (based on experience)

We're not for everyone – if you want a giant team, layers of process and rinse-and-repeat work, this won't be your jam.

But if you want to work closely with smart people on interesting problems, grow your CRM and customer data skills fast and be part of a small agency doing big things, please keep reading

What you'll actually be doing:

Running the day-to-day: you'll keep projects moving and clients in the loop

Owning the WIP: from reporting to delivery, you're in charge

Working with platforms like Klaviyo (or learning fast if you haven't yet)

Using Monday.com to keep everything on track

Communicating clearly, thinking critically, solving problems

Becoming a trusted voice for our clients

This role isn't for you if:

You don't like switching gears quickly

You want to be fully remote

You prefer someone else to drive the agenda

This role is for you if:

You've got 2+ years in account management, CRM or digital marketing

You've touched a CRM or CDP (Klaviyo, Salesforce, Segment, Meiro, Adobe, doesn't matter – we will teach you the rest)

You are organised, reliable and enjoy translating chaos into clarity

You are excited to learn fast and grow in a space that's booming
