Our creative and content capabilities include true insight led ideation, culture-first creative development, experience design, art direction, graphic design, bespoke virtual event platforms, social content, photography, videography, stadium advertising, print, and OOH.
We work with many of the country's most powerful brands, helping them to navigate connection in sports and entertainment. Clients include Chemist Warehouse, Cadbury, Great Southern Bank, TAC, Jaguar Land Rover, Cricket Australia, World Surf League and many more.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a vision for the project, ensuring that the final product aligns with the overall concept.
- Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to maximise client brand and business outcomes in sports and entertainment; work with MKTG's Senior Creative Strategist and Creative Director to build and implement campaign responses for new briefs, turning insights into impactful creative solutions.
- Adapt and integrate by collaborating with product teams, including Experience & Events, Commercial, PR, Research and Insights, and Stadium Activation teams, to build creative and innovative solutions.
- Oversee the production process: drive all creative requirements through the creative studio team, briefing and ensuring the best outcome relative to client needs; manage budget, schedule and coordination of the creative and production teams.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met; unpack ideas in an elevator pitch style in front of agencies, clients, and senior staff.
- Ensure timely and budget-friendly completion: deliver on time and within budget, addressing any issues that arise during the production process.
- Evaluate project success and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to remain competitive and produce high-quality work.
- 3-5 years creating and building ideas for creative agencies or publisher/brand
- A strong portfolio of creative strategy and building insight-led concepts; channel-agnostic
- The ability to translate insights into ideas that are compelling and hard to argue with
- Experience presenting to clients and building trusted relationships
- Experience directing and briefing designers and other creatives to achieve compelling creative output
- Adaptive mindset with the ability to apply creativity to multiple brands and categories without compromising on quality
- Proven success in taking a brief from conception through to implementation
- Proficient in communicating ideas via PowerPoint
- Creative – you love originating, developing and communicating new ideas
- Storytelling – you are a natural storyteller who can engage and impact different audiences
- Insights & Strategy – you craft well thought strategy by asking why, where, when and how

- Contribute as a member of the creative team, developing ideas that communicate a brand's message and drive results
- Project manage different elements at once, coordinating with diverse personalities and meeting deadlines
- Present concepts to agencies, clients and senior staff in an engaging way
- Write concisely and clearly to explain complex ideas in an elevator-pitch style
- Thrive in a fast-paced, highly competitive and changing environment

- Passion and experience in culture-led platform design, specifically in Sports and Entertainment
- Experience writing concept scripts for pitch work including video concepts that help sell ideas
- Experience directing and briefing designers and other creatives
- Proficient in communicating ideas via PowerPoint
- Experience pitching big ideas to multiple stakeholders
