As a Creative Campaign Manager, you receive and interpret briefs from a vast array of clients/brands, and align with MKTG's insights and strategy team to develop campaign ideas and ecosystems that harness the full spectrum of sport and entertainment marketing. Clients include Chemist Warehouse, Cadbury, Great Southern Bank, TAC, Jaguar Land Rover, Cricket Australia, World Surf League and many more.As our next Creative Campaign Manager, you will:Develop and Implement a Vision: Champion creative development, from ideation to execution. Develop and implement a vision for the project, ensuring that the final product aligns with the overall concept.Collaborate & Ideate: Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to offer a fresh creative perspective that maximises our clients' brand and business outcomes in sports and entertainment. You will collaborate with MKTG's Senior Creative Strategist and Creative Director to build and implement campaign responses for new briefs, turning unique insights into highly impactful creative solutions.Adapt & Integrate: Successful delivery will require effective collaboration, adaptability, and integration of subject matter expertise from MKTG's product teams, including Experience & Events, Commercial, PR, Research and Insights, and Stadium Activation teams, to build creative and innovative solutions.Oversee the Production Process: Drive all creative requirements of campaigns through the creative studio team, effectively briefing and ensuring the best outcome relative to client needs. Oversee the production process, including managing the budget, schedule, and coordination of the creative and production teams.Manage Relationships with Clients and Stakeholders: Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Unpack ideas in an 'elevator pitch' style in front of agencies, clients, and senior members of staff.Ensure Timely and Budget-Friendly Completion: Ensure the project is completed on time and within budget, addressing any issues that arise during the production process.Evaluate Project Success: Evaluate the success of the project and identify opportunities for improvement.Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Develop an ongoing understanding and application of cultural trends, consumer behaviour, and media consumption across the sports and entertainment landscape. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to remain competitive and produce high-quality work.A bit about you:
- 3-5 years creating and building ideas for creative agencies or publisher/brand
- A strong portfolio of creative strategy and building insight led concepts and ideas that are channel agnostic.
- The ability to give insights meaning and translate into ideas that are hard to argue with
- Experience in presenting to clients and building trusted relationships
- Experience directing and briefing designers and other creatives to achieve compelling creative output.
- You will have adaptive mindset with the ability to apply your creativity to multiple brands and categories without compromising on quality.
- Proven success in taking a briefs and ideas from conception through to implementation.
- Must be proficient in communicating ideas via PowerPoint

- You will be comfortable working in a group environment as a contributing member of the creative team, working closely with the broader creative departments to develop ideas that communicate a brand's message in a way that cuts through and drives results.
- You need to be able to project manage different elements at once, dealing with an array of different personalities and meeting deadlines
- You need to convey the concept you have developed in an engaging way in front of agencies, clients and senior members of staff
- You need to be able to write competently and concisely explaining complex ideas in an 'elevator pitch' style
- You need to be able to thrive within a fast paced, highly competitive and constantly changing environment

- Experience writing concept scripts for pitch work including video concepts that help sell ideas
- Experience directing and briefing designers and other creatives
- Must be proficient in communicating ideas via PowerPoint
- Experience in pitching big ideas to multiple stakeholders
