    Job Description
    • Identify and assess new parking site opportunities across WA
    • Conduct feasibility studies and market/competitor analysis
    • Support commercial negotiations with property owners
    • Prepare internal memos, pitch decks, and board presentations
    • Attend meetings alongside senior leaders and stakeholders
    • Collaborate with marketing on new site branding and comms
    • Track and report on business development KPIs
    • Office-based, working closely with the State Manager and national team

    The Successful Applicant
    • Recently graduated or up to 2 years' experience in business or commercial roles
    • Degree in Business, Commerce, Property, or related field
    • Confident communicator with a polished, professional presence
    • Analytical and detail-oriented when working with data and presentations
    • Commercially curious with an interest in property and urban development
    • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
    • Comfortable engaging with both internal teams and external partners
    • Thrives in a structured yet fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

    What's on Offer
    • Competitive base salary between $72,000 and $80,000 AUD, plus super.
