- Collaborate with senior analysts and managers.
- Participate in process improvement projects and data analysis.
- Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and quality assurance.
- Ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Support senior analysts in analyzing data trends and reporting.
- Assist in updating and maintaining process documentation.
- Work with the team to meet performance targets and quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience in business process transactions
- Proficiencies in business process management and optimization
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) or significant relevant work experience a plus
