We are seeking a results-driven Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing strategies that drive business success.

You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to senior leaders, managers, and employees on HR-related matters, including employment law, policy development, and performance management. You will also be involved in designing and delivering training programs, conducting investigations, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

In addition to your technical skills and knowledge, you will be a strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes that drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to senior leaders, managers, and employees
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Conduct investigations and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Recognized tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or related discipline
  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in a mining or heavy industry environment
  • Sound understanding of industrial instruments and employment law
  • Highly organized, solutions-focused professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or related discipline
