Petra Global is an Australian Owned Company specialising in the manufacture and supply of Stone Bench-tops, Cabinetry, Porcelain and Glass Splash-backs.

We are a National Supplier to some of Australia's leading Retailers and Builders.

The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded, strategic thinker to develop, own and shape our National Marketing Strategy.

You will be responsible for building market leading brands, driving sales, developing brand awareness and reputation in key National markets

This is a strategic role, ideal for someone who is equally passionate about brand building and commercial outcomes and who is ready to grow into a Senior Leadership position within the business. This is a pivotal role for a visionary leader ready to make a lasting impact and position the business for future success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Lead the National brand and marketing strategy for all Key Business Units.

· Define and implement brand positioning, messaging, and voice across all customer and market touchpoints.

· Develop and oversee impactful brand campaigns that build sales, awareness and credibility.

· Oversee the creation of content.

· Own and continuously enhance the company's website and digital presence.

· Measure brand and campaign performance, connecting marketing efforts to business outcomes.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within theManufacturing or Retailindustry

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful integrated marketing campaigns

Successful record of delivering growth through multichannel marketing

Strong digital marketing and analytics expertise

A customer-first mindset, with an expectation of excellence and commercial acumen

Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform marketing decisions

Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
