You will be responsible for: Lead the development and execution of an inclusive, long-term marketing strategy to grow membership and strengthen industry compliance.
Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic, data-led marketing insights that influence business growth.
Design and deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns (web, social, email, SMS, PR, print, and on-site) to drive awareness, engagement, and registration.
Ensure all marketing aligns with regulatory requirements and communicates industry standards clearly and effectively.
Champion a culture of testing and continuous improvement, using campaign results to refine strategy and close coverage gaps.
Lead public relations efforts and reputation management, promoting trust and transparency across the sector.
Drive event strategies that connect and engage employers and workers in meaningful ways.
Use market research to identify trends, inform marketing decisions, and measure effectiveness.
Digital & Data-Led Marketing Build and evolve a digital-first, automated marketing strategy to reach and support target audiences at scale.
Lead the development and governance of website content, architecture, and user journeys.
Own SEO and conversion optimisation strategies to increase reach and improve performance in a cost-effective way.
Ensure campaigns are personalised, accessible, and optimised to meet audience needs and business goals.
Stakeholder, Supplier & Relationship Management Collaborate across teams including Legal, Technology, and Product to deliver aligned and effective marketing initiatives.
Manage creative and media agencies to ensure work is on-brand, impactful, and delivered on time and budget.
Build strong relationships with government partners, media, industry bodies, and suppliers to amplify impact.
Content & Communication Lead the creation of education and awareness campaigns that empower employers and workers to understand their obligations.
Use data-driven segmentation to tailor messaging for maximum relevance and engagement.
Champion the use of plain English and government style guidelines to ensure clarity and accessibility across all communications.
Monitor public sentiment and manage external communications to maintain trust and credibility.
Inspire and lead a high-performing marketing team with a clear vision of success and a focus on outcomes that matter.
Encourage collaboration, curiosity, and continuous development within the team.
Support team members to grow their skills and confidence, helping them thrive in their roles.
Reporting, Analysis & Budget Management Establish a clear performance reporting framework to track and share marketing outcomes with key stakeholders.
Use data and insights to inform decisions, spark innovation, and improve results.
Manage budgets responsibly, including forecasting, tracking spend, and processing supplier invoices.

You must be able to demonstrate evidence of success in: Strategic Leadership & Marketing Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to both B2 B and B2 C audiences while promoting regulatory compliance and inclusive messaging.
Expertise in brand management and public relations, with an emphasis on ensuring diverse voices and equitable representation across all communications and stakeholder touchpoints.
Strong reputation management skills, especially in navigating complex regulatory environments with transparency and fairness.
Advanced knowledge of digital marketing channels—including SEO, automation, and AI-enhanced analytics—applied to both B2 B and B2 C segments.
Experience implementing CRO and data-driven segmentation to reach diverse audiences with personalised, inclusive campaigns.
Strategic thinker who uses data insights to optimise campaign performance and embrace innovations that improve audience accessibility and equity.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management Strong track record collaborating with government bodies, industry leaders, media providers, and community organisations to elevate regulatory and DEI awareness.
Skilled in managing external agencies and suppliers, ensuring inclusive marketing outputs that authentically represent diverse groups.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, capable of engaging stakeholders ranging from enterprise clients to individual consumers and driving participation in inclusive events and forums.
Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams with a focus on inclusive leadership practices and equitable professional development.
Experience fostering cross-functional collaboration with legal, technology, product, HR (particularly DEI teams), and other departments to integrate inclusive principles into strategy.
Financial & Performance Management Proficient in budget planning and execution, balancing cost efficiency with impactful outreach to both B2 B and B2 C audiences.
Expertise in tracking campaign ROI, using performance metrics to inform continuous improvement while ensuring diverse audience reach and engagement.
Qualifications we would like to see: Specific regulatory driven knowledge driving marketing/communications strategies Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent.
Experience in Digital Marketing and Communications senior role equivalent to 10+ years.
