Are you ready to make a difference? About the Role Are you a strategic marketing leader ready to shape the future of a well-known household brand? We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager with a passion for brand building, digital innovation, and commercial growth.
As a key member of the SLT, you will report directly to the CEO and take full ownership of developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and digital strategy.
Your mission? Drive brand awareness, accelerate market share, and boost profitability across channels.
What you will be doing: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team in campaign execution, content creation, new product development and digital marketing.
Refine brand identity, ensure consistency across marketing campaigns, and create compelling messaging for target audiences.
Set budgets for the Marketing department and own the delivery of financial objectives via category P&L management.
Collaborate with key partners to develop joint marketing initiatives and maximize brand exposure.
Conduct market research, analyse trends, and refine marketing strategies to stay ahead in all Channels.
Drive and manage innovation & NPD projects to deliver value creation.
What will make you successful: To join our team, you will have an irresistible attitude and mindset with a collaborative approach to hitting key business and category objectives.
It's a given that you have relevant Bachelor's degree in Marketing, with proven experience working in FMCG Marketing at a senior level for a minimum of 5 years.
You will use your strong commercial and financial acumen, with a thorough understanding of consumer goods market to bring you success.
Being a seasoned Marketer, you will have a proven track record of leading cross functional teams to deliver complex projects.
