Role Overview

The B2B Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the commercial team by developing and executing marketing strategies across various channels.

  • Collaborate with the B2B marketing team and wider commercial team on business-to-business (BTL) marketing initiatives;
  • Assist in event execution, from large industry/trade expos to activations;
  • Manage branded merchandise and create campaign materials;
  • Track campaign results and proof-of-execution for invoice processing and vendor funding claims;
  • Develop and maintain collateral and internal tools, including partner alliances and public websites.

  2. Managing events, from planning to execution;
  3. Creating and maintaining marketing materials and campaigns;
  4. Tracking and analyzing campaign results;

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communication;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing role;
  • Excellent writing and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-suite;
  • Self-motivation, collaboration, and a willingness to learn;
  • High organization skills and ability to meet deadlines;
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure;
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency with unlimited working rights within Australia.
