About the Role

As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Corporate Services Officer, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support. Your responsibilities will span diary and travel coordination, expense management, project assistance, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Corporate Services division.

This is a pivotal position requiring discretion, agility, and a proactive mindset. Given the ever-evolving nature of working on The Games, your priorities will shift, and you must be comfortable managing changing and competing demands while supporting the broader team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive, strategic project support and general administrative support

  • Support the discharge of financial accountabilities and compliance with various financial systems and processes

  • Oversee inbox and document management, ensuring timely communication and filing accuracy

  • Manage the Chief Corporate Services officer's complex diary, travel and meeting arrangements that will also transverse time zones

  • Prepared documentation required for briefings, ensuring all resources are prepared ahead of meetings.

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and work with the team to implement changes that enhance experience and efficiency

  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information

  • Provide general office and facilities support where required

Skills and Experience

  • Experience supporting a Chief Executive or comparable senior executive is highly desirable

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity

  • Meticulous attention to detail, with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
