Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks (backend, UI, etc).
  • Conduct security testing and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with developers to maintain and improve web services and internal tools.
  • Lead and mentor QA engineers, support recruitment and training.
  • Participate in project management, planning, and delivery activities.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of professional experience in QA/testing.
  • Strong expertise in Ruby, TypeScript, Playwright, Java, Kotlin, Python.
  • Proven track record in building test automation frameworks (Selenium, RestAssured, Selenide, TestNG, Cucumber, JUnit, Mockito).
  • Experience in security testing of APIs and web services.
  • Knowledge of databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Docker).
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, TDD).
  • At least one recognized cybersecurity certification (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+, OSCP, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in both backend development (Kotlin, Java) and frontend development (Vue.js, TypeScript).
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise environments (e.g., banking, version control systems, fraud detection platforms).
  • Strong leadership skills: team coordination, recruitment, mentoring.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in statistics or fraud analysis systems.
  • Development of Chrome extensions or similar tools for QA automation.
  • Exposure to both financial services and product-based companies.
