**About the role**

**A day in the life**:

- Contributing to product quality with testing and highlighting of bugs, risks and potential improvements throughout the product delivery lifecycle.
- Exploring and exposing risk by experimenting, testing and asking questions at the optimum time.
- Taking an active role in scrum ceremonies such as discovery sessions, refinements, stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Articulating findings effectively through detailed bug reports and feedback to the development team, fostering a collaborative environment for continuous improvement.
- Learning from others (peers, industry etc) and constantly looking to learn new skills.
- Developing an understanding of what level of testing should be completed to ensure the best quality product.

**About you**:

- 2+ years experience as a tester
- You have a curious mindset
- Salesforce administration and/or development knowledge (desirable)
- You have a passion for quality and helping to create amazing products
- You are able to analyse requirements, identify potential issues, and think critically to design effective test scenarios.
- Understanding of automation concepts and products.
- Prior experience working in an agile environment (desirable)
