The Central Administration Hub is a state-wide service that remotely supports patients in an Outpatient setting.

The Role:
In collaboration with the Outpatient Central Service Manager, the Training Officer - CAH will:
- Support delivery, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of competency-based training and education activities for Customer Service Officer staff.
- Ensure service delivery standards and administrative support processes are maintained through monitoring outcomes.
- Develop and maintain effective communication and collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the Agency, ensuring high-quality administrative services are provided by the Outpatient Service team.
You will need:
- Demonstrated experience in delivering and evaluating competency-based health administration or similar training activities.
- Proven ability to provide training and support, evaluate, and improve service quality, and develop continuous quality improvement processes.
- Experience in data management within a health environment, including knowledge of computerized data collection systems, policies, procedures, legislation, and their workplace application.

Details of appointment:
Permanent full-time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, starting as soon as possible.
Hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. This process may be used to fill similar vacancies for up to twelve months from the publication date.
Salary: $81,915 to $94,263 per annum, plus a 12% superannuation contribution.
