- Maintain service delivery standards and administrative support processes through monitoring outcomes.
- Develop effective communication and collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the agency to ensure high-quality administrative services are provided by the outpatient team.
- Deliver and evaluate health administration or similar training activities.
- Provide training, support, evaluation, and quality improvement services.
- Manage data within a healthcare environment, including knowledge of computerized data collection systems, policies, procedures, legislation, and their workplace application.
