Job Description

The Central Administration Hub is a state-wide service that provides remote support to patients in an outpatient setting. This fast-paced team focuses on collaboration, problem-solving, and delivering results for patients and staff across Tasmania.

In this role, you will work closely with the Outpatient Central Service Manager to support the delivery, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of competency-based training and education activities for Customer Service Officer staff.

You will also ensure service delivery standards and administrative support processes are maintained through monitoring outcomes. Additionally, you will develop and maintain effective communication and collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the Agency, ensuring high-quality administrative services are provided by the Outpatient Service team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering and evaluating competency-based health administration or similar training activities.
  • Proven ability to provide training and support, evaluate, and improve service quality, and develop continuous quality improvement processes.
  • Experience in data management within a health environment, including knowledge of computerized data collection systems, policies, procedures, legislation, and their workplace application.
