Following our recent acquisition by Dollarama, a leading global value retailer, we're entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Store Fit Out Project Coordinator to join our Store Development team.

This role is central to delivering new store openings, refurbishments, relocations, and closures across our national network. Reporting to the National Construction Manager, you'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure every project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

As Store Fit Out Project Coordinator, you will:

Coordinate fit outs for new stores, refurbishments, lease renewals, relocations, and closures
Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to define project scope and timelines
Maintain project documentation, schedules, and risk registers
Travel to project sites across Australia as required
Ensure compliance with safety standards and building permit requirements
Manage fixture orders and supplier relationships to support store readiness
Track budgets and support cost control across all projects

What you will bring:

Experience in retail fit outs, refurbishments, or relocations
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with retail store layouts, fixtures, and space planning
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
