Flexible Services from Pinsent Masons Vario provides legal professionals access to high-quality legal work with top-tier clients. Our growing hub of legal experts have a variety of skills, specialisms and experience but they all enjoy quality legal projects best suited to their skillset and unparalleled support during their assignments. We are now looking to expand our bench with an exceptional banking lawyer.
To join our hub, you need to demonstrate the following- Qualified professional with a strong academic background
- Top international law firm or equivalent in-house/secondment experience
- Flexible, communicative and adaptable
- Enthusiastic about embracing new work cultures
- Rapidly develop close, trusting relationships
- Minimum 8 years PQE in a law firm or in-house
- Provide legal advice on derivatives and custody arrangements
- Experience managing and negotiating traded markets documentation and/or in the equities and/or fixed Income space
- Experience in the banking industry
