About the Role

East Arnhem Real Estate is seeking a proven Senior Property Manager with demonstrated leadership experience to head our Property Management Department. This is a strategic and operational leadership role — ideal for someone who has successfully led teams of Property Managers or Agents and is ready to bring their expertise to a dynamic regional business.

You'll oversee performance, mentor staff, and contribute to business growth across a diverse portfolio that spans residential, commercial, and remote housing services.

Lead and manage the Property Management team, ensuring alignment with EARE's values, standards, and compliance frameworks

Oversee portfolio performance and ensure exceptional service delivery to landlords and tenants

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, trades, and stakeholders

Guide the team in managing applications, lease documentation, inspections, and day-to-day operations

Drive conflict resolution and negotiation strategies across the department

Collaborate with Directors to manage departmental budgets, policies, and growth strategies

Lead initiatives to expand the rent roll, improve client satisfaction, and elevate team capability

Provide regular reporting to business owner and contribute to operational decision-making

Full department leadership including recruitment, performance management, and professional development

What You'll Bring

Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or higher)

Extensive experience in a Senior Property Manager or Head of Department role

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of Property Managers or Agents

Strong understanding of relevant legislation (NT knowledge desirable)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable: Additional qualifications or experience in project management, finance, or business operations

Current driver's licence (company vehicle provided)

Australian Citizenship or full working rights

Tech confidence (Microsoft Office, real estate software)
