About You:

• Passion for the industry
• Experience working in ala carte and banquets would be beneficial
• Working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
• Must be available to work breakfast shifts
• Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
• Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
• Trade Industry Qualification or completion of Commercial Cookery Qualification
  
  

About the job:

• Rise with us and organize and maintain assigned section of the kitchen effectively
• Serve food in proper portions and onto proper receptacles focusing on attention to detail
• Maintain organizational skills to ensure your section is clean and runs efficiently throughout each service period
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a way that aims to exceed guest expectations, focusing on the guest's overall wellbeing
• Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
• Maintain strong food safety and property standards
