
Business Development Executive

Join one of Australia's most iconic beverage companies as a Business Development Executive – Corporate Retail, covering the vibrant Cranbourne and Pakenham region. In this dynamic, high-impact role, you'll be the face of our multi-beverage portfolio across key Coles and Woolworths grocery and liquor retail accounts. You'll own the day-to-day execution of our commercial strategy at store level — ensuring shelves are stocked, displays built, relationships maintained, and sales targets achieved. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role — perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, autonomous environments and isn't afraid to get stuck into the hard work.
Key Accountabilities- Build and execute sales and promotional strategies to meet volume and distribution targets
- Manage and grow relationships across Coles, Woolworths, Liquorland, Dan Murphy's & First Choice outlets
- Deliver world-class merchandising: replenish fridges, stock shelves, build eye-catching displays
- Monitor in-store execution, identify gaps, and take ownership of over-and-above opportunities
- Regularly evaluate store performance and market data to improve outcomes
- Ensure compliance with pricing, promotional plans, and brand standards
- Maintain effective call cycles and territory coverage
- Previous experience in FMCG field sales, merchandising or retail supermarket operations
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting 100–200+ cases of product daily (15kg average weight)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with a passion for results
- Ability to work independently, manage time, and prioritise across multiple accounts
- Full Australian driver's licence required
- Bonus: Background with competitors (CCEP, Arnott's, Smith's, Mondelez) or Coles/Woolworths stores
