We are seeking a passionate and driven Rehabilitation Consultant to join our expanding NSW team based in Tamworth and surrounding areas including Armidale. You will be working as part of a highly experienced, knowledgeable and fun state team. You will have the opportunity for exposure to a variety of customers, different schemes and varying complexities of cases and career progression. The role is fast paced but incredibly collaborative and rewarding.

As part of your responsibilities, you will:

  • Assist with an injured person's recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness
  • Conduct a range of assessment and case management services across various customer portfolios
  • Support people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge
  • Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients

About You:

  • Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist (with relevant professional membership)
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
  • Occupational Rehabilitation experience is highly desired however full training will be provided
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem solving abilities
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach
  • Genuine commitment to continuous improvement

Work Type: Ideally full time; part time will be considered. We are also keen to hear from contractors in Tamworth and across NSW.
