Rehabilitation Counsellor - Provisional Psychologist / Psychologist

We're currently looking for a talented Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals as a Rehabilitation Consultant. What you'll be doing
  • Undertaking assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans
  • Designing and delivering meaningful intervention programmes that build functional capacity and independence
  • Developing tailored rehabilitation plans and return to work strategies
  • Identifying barriers and implementing practical evidence-based solutions
  • Navigating multiple funding schemes to empower client recovery
  • Collaborating with clients, their families, medical teams, employers and other key stakeholders
What you bring to the role
  • Australian recognised degree qualification in Psychology and AHPRA accreditation or qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and professional registration with ASORC
  • Willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives in tangible ways
  • A genuine desire to make a measurable impact in people's lives
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders
  • A customer first mindset with a focus on quality outcomes
  • Confidence working independently in the community
  • Driver's licence and vehicle required
  • Eligibility for a working with children's check and police clearance
