We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Construction Design Trainer to join our college. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, possess strong industry knowledge, and demonstrate the ability to engage and inspire a diverse student cohort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and assess accredited units in Civil Construction Design in line with the training package requirements.
  • Provide guidance, support, and feedback to students to ensure successful course progression.
  • Maintain compliance with ASQA, RTO standards, and college policies.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities, moderation, and validation sessions.
  • Foster an inclusive and motivating learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering / Civil Construction Design (Diploma level or higher).
  • Minimum of 1-year industry experience in civil construction design (practical knowledge of CAD, project documentation, structural analysis, etc.).
Desirable Attributes:
  • Experience working with international students in a multicultural learning environment.
  • Ability to use digital learning platforms and modern teaching technologies.
  • High level of organization, adaptability, and commitment to student success.
  • A collaborative mindset, working closely with academic and administrative teams.
