Job Description

  • Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients while maintaining proper records.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparing reports and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address queries and provide necessary information.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Payable & Receivable Officer should have:

  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
