An exciting opportunity for an up-and-coming or experienced Executive Assistant to join a fast-paced, digital-first business. You'll gain exposure to senior leaders and make a real impact in a growing team.

About the Role

As the Executive Assistant to the Head of Natural Gas and Electricity, you'll provide vital support to a senior executive in a modern, customer-focused WA business and iconic household brand. This is a central role within a fast-paced environment where your organisational skills and initiative contribute to the team's success. You'll be the trusted go-to person for the Head of Natural Gas and Electricity, with exposure to senior leaders across Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy and Fertilisers.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in the Perth CBD with a brand new fit-out.

Responsibilities
  • Managing busy diaries and scheduling priorities.
  • Coordinating travel, itineraries, and accommodation.
  • Organising team events and celebrations (such as all-staff townhalls and offsites).
  • Administering expenses including purchase orders and credit card reconciliations.
  • Providing executive support across the Kleenheat leadership team.
  • Handling other EA duties to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role within a fast-paced, complex business.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
  • Curiosity to explore how AI can evolve the role of an EA.
  • Proactive and resourceful with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems.
  • Positive, energetic attitude and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment.
